PRCI

The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) is one of India’s largest community of public relations and communication professionals, and academicians, engaged in providing training, setting standards of professional excellence, and uphold principals of ethics. As a leading voice in the industry, PRCI also advocates for greater understanding and adoption of public relations services.
Established in 2004, PRCI has its headquarters at Bangalore with 19 active chapters located in New Delhi, Baroda, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Kerala, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Manipal, Mysore, Chhattisgarh, Guwahati, Mizoram. Several new chapters are in the offing.
One of the signature properties of PRCI is annual ‘Chanakya Awards’ that recognizes the outstanding contribution made by corporate, educational institutions, to the PR profession and the society at large.
PRCI also recognizes the contribution made by senior PR practitioners by inducting them into the ‘PR Hall of Fame’ every year.
PRCI also organizes PR Collateral Awards every year, for which organizations and PR practitioners participate enthusiastically and submit their collaterals for review by jury of professionals, and are presented with Awards in various categories. This year too the PR Collateral Awards shall be presented at the Conclave at Chandigarh.
